SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email after your order has shipped. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for shipment within 24 hours of order placement.
The fulfillment center and courier process the orders, which takes an additional 1-4 business days. Dispatch Time: This refers to the time it takes to dispatch items from our warehouse to their destination. International delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 5 days to arrive at their destination. However, from time to time this may take longer. If more than 15 days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at email@example.com to check the status of your order. Refunds will be processed via email if required. A full refund is not possible under the following circumstances:
